Rust Removal & Sandblasting (Frame-Off)
For vehicles that already have rust damage. We take the vehicle apart at the frame level, sandblast every affected surface down to bare metal, and rebuild it with fresh protection. Ideal for vehicles with visible rust on the frame, rockers, floor pans, or wheel wells; classic car restorations; and work trucks with years of salt exposure. Rust removal and sandblasting starts at $1,000.
Frame Repair
For trucks and SUVs where rust has eaten through the frame itself. We cut out the damaged section and weld in a replacement section from SafeTCap or Rust Busters, then protect it with WaxOyl. Guaranteed to pass Massachusetts state inspection (the guarantee covers passing inspection, not parts or labor). Frame repair starts at $500.
